Overview
COURSE DESCRIPTION
Social enterprises represent a fundamentally new way of doing business and, as such, they have the potential to profoundly transform the socio-economic landscape. Possible forms and modalities of stakeholders and employees’ involvement depend on several circumstances, such as the type of SE, the nature of the business conducted, the size of the SE, etc. Regulatory provisions and models of good governance are however of paramount importance in order for SEs to comply with their vision. This module aims to analyse the governance and the management typical of social enterprises.
