Place stakes into the stake rings at the corners of your tent floor and hammer them into the ground with a mallet. Secure the sides of the tent by tying one side of the sidewall rope to the tent poles. Tie the other end of the string to additional stakes. Pull the ropes taut and hammer the stakes into the ground.
Take the tent out of its packaging and unfold it on your tent site so the top is exposed. Locate the door and position it so it is facing your camp site. Pull all four corners of the tent to where you want them to be located.
