h3000 = magic semi vintage sound and some complexity Eclipse = less vintage vibe and sound but more futuristic sound and deeper complexity I owned the h3000 and sold it and bought an h8000.It was not as grand an entrance as i have presumed.I love the h8000 to death but its not an h3000 and not any better on many levels. Im contemplating getting an eclipse, but Then I thought what about the H3000? On the used market these two boxes go for about the same. From a guitar based perspective, if you could only have one or the other as your only rack effect, which would you pick and why? I know I need to look at the manuals.

I recently added an RJM Mastermind GT to my rig. So far, I’m only trying to use it for preset changes in both my Eventide Eclipse and H3500. Following the manuals, I don’t get it to work properly. Eclipse: – Bypass switching: my bypass is set to All Mute. I’ve patched a controller to the bypass function (ext#1) to accept a CC.
