I have been using Word since 1998 and know the way to insert photos into a word or powerpoint doc via insert, from file, etc. Now, after about an hour, and lots of spinning and freezing, crashing and spinning, I finally discovered the PHOTOS is greyed out. I’m trying to sort my columns by month and following instructions from another post, one of the steps is to go to Modeling and use the “Sort by column” function, but this is grey’d out for me. Not sure why that is? any thoughts? I have both the month name and month number in seperate columns. I want

Fill your library, not your device. iCloud Photos can help you make the most of the space on your Mac. When you choose “Optimize Mac Storage,” all your full?resolution photos and videos are stored in iCloud in their original formats, with storage-saving versions kept on your Mac as space is needed.
