Overview
This module explores the notion of network and communication strategy as it applies to social enterprises. Whether for-profit or non-profit, an enterprise relies on its network(s) for maximizing its impact and increasing its dividends. Section 1 works as an introduction to the key terms of the module, such as networks, synergies and communication policies.
Section 2 discusses the importance of networks and synergies for social enterprises at all levels and especially in the social context. There is also an analysis on how to effectively create networks and foster synergies and an extended analysis of the three forms of networking. Moreover, there are useful tips on how to build and sustain a good network. Finally, different communicated strategies are presented, in order to identify the target group, needs and the target market.
Section 3 summarizes the conclusions of the module and resumes the main points.
