Yes, the E8372 Wingle will work as long as the LAN subnets on both the E8372 and BiPAC 7800 are different, as someone mentioned earlier. For example, I was recently given an unneeded E8372h-608 that is locked down for use in the Telstra V7610 modem (4GX USB Pro for DOT).

I have just installed my brand new BiPAC 7800VDOX and updated the firmware. The ADSL is fine, VoIP is working, speed looks good, however, NONE of the 8 forwarded ports are working. With the 7404VNPX, I could manually set the internal web server port to another port and not 80. This cannot be done on the 7800VDOX??? User #18423 7392 posts.

I purchased a Billion BiPAC 7800VDOX modem on 18th August 2014 and it’s never given me the slightest hint of trouble. I’d previously had a Netgear that seemed to work OK but I had a lot of drop outs (which may not have been caused by the Netgear) and so to temporarily power off the modem I had to reach behind it and pull the power jack then had to replace it blind.
