We just put in a new black and color cartridges into our deskjet 1512 printer. The red lights are flashing even though they are new cartridges. This has happened the last 3 times we put new cartridges in. Can not remember what we did to get it to work. I know that each time you put in a new cartridge in it is suppose to print the “test” page.
