    Formulated with 100% acrylic elastomeric resin. The coating forms a thick rubber-like blanket of protection that expands and contracts with roofs.

    Wash away surface dirt with a pressure washer. On a clear, warm, sunny day (65°F and rising), apply Black Jack, Gardner or STA-KOOL Elastomeric Roof Coating to a dry roof surface. Cut in along edges, then move from one end of the roof to the other keeping a continuous wet edge. Follow all label directions.
