SOURCE: I have a MasterBuilt 28qt stainless Turkey Fryer. I’ve got the same problem and it causes the safety switch on the heating element not to compress thus it want heat. I contacted Masterbuilt and they said due to that model being no longer in production ther were no parts to buy.
