    For some reason, when I do File>Place, it brings in the first page of the PDF (with perfect formatting) but the other pages do not To place multiple pages in Indesign effortlessly Now please point out where you see that option in the dialog .

    It’s hidden away but it is possible. 1) File > New > Document. Enter the number of pages of your PDF in “Number of Pages”. Deselect “Facing Pages” if you want
