Got a Stihl 012 av. Ran great, once. Over time it became hard to start. Then, once started, would quit for no reason and not start again, for some time. Eventually, I figured out it was no spark. Change out the coil and trigger unit with after market parts. Supposedly known to work well. In any event, still no spark.
