I’ve got a Strymon Timeline. Not sure if any other members here use one. Been trying to get good Edge like delay out of it for awhile. While it is great at a lot of things it doesn’t seem to get there for me. So I’ve kept a nova repeater around because it seems to do U2 delays a lot better.

The Strymon Timeline is the flagship delay made by the boutique pedal manufacturer. Strymon is a California-based company founded in 2008. All the company’s products are made in the US. The build and tones of their products are very high quality and the price tag is quite high too.
The Strymon Timeline Delay pedal is more of a workstation than a traditional pedal, providing the sort of granular control and processing power that’s more commonly found in studios than on home pedalboards. Normally sold only direct from Strymon brand new, mint used specimens pop up frequently on Reverb, and sell quickly.

Expression pedal(s) for Strymon Discussion in ‘Effects, Pedals, Strings Cologne/Germany. I tried Roland EV-5, Rocktron Hex, and a custom dual T1M mini expression pedal. so you may not be setting it up correctly if the Timeline manual has the same issue. I use mine for delay level, btw.
