Course Description
This course covers the theory behind impact evaluation, different methods to approach impact evaluation and the various uses of impact evaluation. It highlights the importance of different methods of impact measurement based upon business model, and considers the different needs of these businesses based upon impact reports.
Learning Objectives
After the completion of the course, the user should be able to:
1. Explain what social impact is, and the reasons that we measure it.
2. Consider the different methods in which we measure social impact and decide the situations in which each one is appropriate to use.
3. Understand the social impact of the actions that we take in our own enterprise, and how to create a positive social impact.
