    I bought the ART dual tube pre usb interface with the intentions of using it to record. So I plug in the power supply and I dug my USB Duel tube pre out of the cupboard, dusted it off and had the same issue. power lights up, little I’m on Windows 10, the manual says no special drivers are required.
