Over 10 million dogs or cats are lost or stolen every year. Revival cares about your dog’s security. Dog microchips are a safe and permanent way to help your dog be returned to you if they ever become lost.
How the Microchip Brings Your Pet Home. HomeAgain’s standard chip is the only dog & cat microchipping product on the market today that has the patented anti-migration feature to help ensure that the microchip will stay in place so that it may be easily located and scanned.
PetLink is the cornerstone of Datamars’ 24/7/365 pet registry and pet recovery service. Microchipping is the only unique, unalterable, tamper-proof, permanent form of identification that owners can provide for pets. Once microchipped, owners are encouraged to register their pets so that their contact information is on record in the event that their pet is ever lost or stolen.
Some shelters implant microchips into every animal they adopt out, so check with the shelter and find out your new pet’s microchip number so you can get it registered in your name. Most veterinary clinics have microchip scanners, and your veterinarian can scan your new pet for a microchip when you take your new pet for its veterinary checkup.
A: A microchip is only the first step! You must register your pet’s microchip to give your pet the best protection. Register your pet’s microchip in a national pet recovery database such as HomeAgain with your contact information, so you can be contacted when your lost pet is found.
A: Pet owners also need to understand that a microchip is only one part of your pet’s identification system. Your pet also should have a collar with tags on it. With cats you want to use breakaway collars so they don’t get caught when they’re climbing. You can’t just assume the person who finds your pet will know anything about microchips.
When you have questions about your pet, you need expert answers quickly. AAHA Answers addresses some of your most common questions here. Your AAHA-accredited veterinary hospital can answer the rest!

As if frequency incompatibility isn’t headache enough for the pet microchip industry and pet owners, studies show that microchips could cause cancer. In 2004, after investigating microchipping, the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) found the process to be safe enough for use in humans and animals.

I have the bundle with collar and control unit I purchased also. I love that I can add up to 3 dogs (even though my husband won’t let me get a third dog). It was super easy to pair the additional collar to the original unit. This is a great training system for family dogs..I can’t speak for field training/hunting use.
