    I could not open the pdf in chrome in IPAD. Its working as expected in Chrome but not IE. So i am using file-saver to make it work for all the browsers. However when i try to open a pdf in a new tab it’s not working.
    I can’t figure out why i’m unable to do the same on desktop. I’ve worked around it by just opening a folder on my desktop and that’ll open a 2nd window for me but If Explorer is pinned to the taskbar, a new window can be opened by clicking on it with the middle mouse button.
